Coronavirus Update
At First Baptist, Hamlet, we are monitoring the circumstances surrounding the coronavirus or COVID-19. It is our responsibility to consider how this may affect our church and what steps we should take to address its possible impact.
While practicing social distancing, we will offer in-person services at 11:00 a.m.
The service will also be broadcast through Facebook Live at 11:00 a.m.
Procedures for Worship:
-
The portico side will be the only entrance into worship. Sanitizing stations are set up there and one in the sanctuary should you need it.
-
We encourage you to wear masks. Disposable and hand sewn masks are available at the sanitizing stations.
-
The Voice worship bulletins are available for you to pick up at sanitizing stations.
-
Unless you are sitting as a family unit, please practice social distancing by sitting approximately six feet apart. The pews are marked for seating.
-
There will be a time designated in the service for you to bring forward your tithes and offering.
-
Please refrain from shaking hands and hugging. Practice social distancing when entering and exiting.
-
At the end of the service, please wait for the ushers to dismiss your row. You may dismiss on the Wilmington Street side or at the portico side.
